Welcome to Esperos Studios and Apartments! A lovely place to spend your holidays in Crete. Our modern block of apartments is located in the heart of Stalida, just 1 min away from the sandy beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. You can also enjoy the sunbathed scenery and the mystique of the night sky while sitting in the yard. Our fully renovated property is offering all the amenities for a comfortable and soothing stay so that you feel at home away from home. Enjoy your stay!
Esperos Studios and Apartments is a block of apartments, consisting of six individual apartments, numbered #1- #6, which are located in the same building. All six apartments are available for reservation. There is also a spacious sun deck on the top floor, accessible to all guests.

Studios and Apartments
Four of the apartments (# 1- #4) are studios, able to accommodate up to 3 guests, and located on the ground floor of the building. Two of them (#5 and #6) are 2-bedroom apartments, able to accommodate up to 5 guests, and located on the first floor of the building. All six properties are available for reservation.

PERKS
Free Internet
Free high-speed wifi service is available in every apartment and common space of the building. Moreover, there is the capability for Ethernet cable connection in every apartment.
Location
The building is located on the beach road of Stalida, 1 min away from the beach. The neighborhood is filled with all kinds of stores, restaurants, bars and pubs that suit every taste. There is also a supermarket just across the street and a pharmacy and a health center less than 5 min away.
Support
We are always at your disposal in case you need something before or during your stay. Also, feel free to ask us in case you need tips on local shops, restaurants, excursions etc., or in case you need to plan your arrival or departure from Stalida.
Beautiful Environment
The front side of the building is surrounded by plants and small trees, and there is a nice view of the gardens that lie close by. Also, there is a nice mountain view on the southern side and a view of the sea from the sundeck on the northern side.
Sundeck
A spacious sun deck with sea view is located on the top floor, equipped with a dining table, chairs and sunbeds. The sundeck is accessible to all guests.
BBQ
Α fully equipped barbecue area is available in the property, located on the sundeck. There, our guests can have fun while preparing their lunch or dinner. The BBQ area is accessible to all guests.

Who are we
Esperos Studios and Apartments is a family-owned business. Esperos team consists of Eleni and Kalliopi, who are the main hosts, and Emmanouil, Dimitrios and Sofia. Together, we manage Esperos Studios and Apartments.
We live in Heraklion, but in the summer, we spend a lot of time in Stalida, making sure that everything is perfectly prepared our guests, as well as supporting our guests during their stay.
We really enjoy traveling and visiting new places and appreciate having a comfortable accommodation during our trips. Therefore, Esperos Studios and Apartments has been designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
It would be our pleasure to host you and we would be very happy to provide you with any information about the apartment and the area of Stalida. We are always be at your disposal in case you need anything before or during your stay. Also, we can provide you with tips on local shops, restaurants, excursions etc., or in case you need to plan your arrival or departure from Stalida.
Our history
Esperos Studios and Apartments is a family business with a long history of hosting people from all over the world.
It all started in 1990 when our father, Dimitris, first founded the apartments, by the name “Apartments Dimitris”. “Apartments Dimitris” was one of the first businesses of its kind in Stalida. It run from 1990 to 2021, hosting more than 8 thousand tourists from different cultures and countries. Through these years, our top priority was offering high-quality services along with friendliness and hospitality, in order to create the ideal resort for our guests.
In 2021, we decided to fully renovate the whole building, in order to create a new place that can satisfy the current needs of people visiting Stalida. With a lot of personal work, we managed to create a modern place that offers the highest standards regarding amenities and services provided to our guests, guaranteeing a comfortable and pleasant stay. In August 2022, the renovation was completed and Esperos Studios and Apartments was ready to welcome our first guests.
With our past and current experience in hosting people from all over the world for more than 30 years, we are ready to welcome you to Esperos Studios and Apartments and do our best to make your stay in Stalida memorable.
THINGS TO DO
Beach activities
The sandy beach of Stalida is only 1 min away and it offers the possibility for safe swimming. Sunbeds and umbrellas as well as food, coffee or drinks are available from beach bars. Also, the possibility of doing water sports like jet skis and parasailing and waterskiing, is offered.
Sightseeing
You can discover part of the history of Crete by visiting the archeological site of the Minoan palace of Malia, which is 6 km away, or the Minoan palace of Knossos and the archeological museum of Heraklion, which are around 30 km away. Also, the aquarium “Cretaquarium Thalassocosmos” is 16km away.
Shopping
Stalida offers many options for shopping. Whether you want to buy souvenirs, clothes, jewelry or other products, you will find them in the local market. All local shops are within walking distance from Esperos Studios and Apartments
Local cuisine
There are many restaurants and pastry shops in the area, where you can try local specialties.
Excursions
There are many opportunities for excursions, like hiking trips, jeep safaris or trips to small islands close to Crete. You can organize those excursions yourself or participate in excursions organized by local tourist agencies.
Visit villages
You can visit some of the villages in the nearby area, like the village Mochos, which is 5 km away. There, you can discover the traditional Cretan architecture, try traditional Cretan dishes and enjoy the scenery.
